Due to the corona virus our delivery partner UPS has changed their delivery processes in some countries in Europe. Customers have reported that their packages sometimes were left at the front door or hallway.
We understand that this is not favourable for high value goods, which is why we temporarily have decided to ship to the nearest UPS access points instead. This will apply to orders above €10.000 and only for the following countries*:
- United Kingdom
*For other countries, it will be business as usual and we will ship to your original home address.
The tracking processes will stay the same. You will receive an email from us with UPS tracking id when your order is shipped. With the tracking id you can check the status and the address of the pickup location.
We expect this to be a temporary measure. As soon as we are confident enough that UPS is back on par with their delivery standards we will start shipping to your doorstep again.
